To initiate a return

1. Send us an email with your order number and let us know you'd like to return items for money-back.
2. Returns the items using the shipping label and instructions provided. Just send the item back in its original condition and packaging.
3. We'll send your money-back within 2 working days of receiving your return. It will go back to your original payment method.

Money-Back Guarantee Terms

1. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. If desired, they may opt for tracked or insured shipping for added security.
2. Responsibility for Returned Goods: The safe delivery of returned items back to us is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Returns on Promotional Bundles: Individual items from promotional bundles cannot be returned separately. All items from the bundle must be returned together for a refund.
4. Partial Returns: Customers are welcome to return selected items from their order—there’s no need to return everything, unless part of a promotional bundle (see #3).
5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Returns are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
6. Earrings Policy: For hygiene reasons, earrings and studs must be returned unworn.
7. Original Packaging: All returned items must include their original packaging in perfect condition. Any damage during transit is the customer’s responsibility (refer to #2 for shipping recommendations).
8. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Signs of use make them ineligible for a refund.
9. Refund Method: Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
