Yes! We offer both UK & international shipping. UK orders always come with free delivery. We offer international delivery at a fixed rate of £12.00 or free, if your order total exceeds £100.00.

Unfortunately, we do not offer tracked deliveries.

3. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! All UK orders get free delivery. We offer free international delivery too, if your order total exceeds £100.00.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery Times (from Dispatch Date):

  • Europe: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of the World: 6-7 business days

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Union Pay. You can also pay in instalments with Klarna.

2. Can I buy Illuminare jewellery on other sites beside your website?

Yes, we have a retail presence online besides this website. This includes our Etsy Store, Facebook Shop & Instagram Shop. Although: prices are always cheaper & rewards greater on this website.

3. How do I leave a review of my purchase?

Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return & refund policy?

If you're not fully satisfied with your jewellery, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. We don’t offer exchanges, but you can choose to get either store credit or money-back. To initiate a return, email us (returns@illuminaresilver.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 working days of receiving the item.

2. How do I return my items for a refund?

We want your return process to be quick & easy. Send your order number to returns@illuminaresilver.com) and tell us what you’d like to return. Be sure to read our return policy.

3. Can I change my order after placing it?

Because of the high volume of orders we receive, we can’t change your order after placing it. However, you can cancel it if it has not been dispatched.

4. Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer exchanges on our items, but we can issue store credit. You will be given the option to choose between store credit or money-back when you start the return process.

5. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

You should contact returns@illuminaresilver.com immediately after receiving your order. We cannot issue returns or refunds beyond 30 days after your goods arrive.

1. What metal is your jewellery made from?

Our jewellery is made exclusively from sterling silver (or "0.925 fine silver"), the industry standard for silver jewellery. See Our Quality Assurance. We also use other quality materials such as freshwater pearls, moonstones & gemstones like cubic zirconia. Our gold plating process uses genuine 14K, 18K & rose gold.

2. How is my jewellery packaged?

Your Illuminare order will be packaged in our custom jewellery pouch that you can store your pieces in, along with our nano-tech utilizing microfibre polishing cloth & certificate of authenticity. You may even get a little gift.

3. Will I receive a certificate of authenticity with my purchase?

As a token of our commitment to quality, all orders are packaged with a certificate of authenticity. A certificate we only assign to products after they have undergone & passed internal & then third party analysis.

4. Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?

To keep prices at an industry-offending low & make silver jewellery affordable for our customers, we can’t offer a warranty on our jewellery. However, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee.
